It's been a while...

I know, I know, its been a while since I updated this. We dont do alot of new stuff so there isnt anything to talk about. :) I'll catch you up to speed. Kirk and his cousin finally finished their google contest entry and turned it in at the beginning of April. They find out next week if they made the top 25. Cross your fingers for us! So he is enjoying his extra free time now (so am I). He was working pretty hard day and night on this thing.

I have been just working and working like normal. Nothing too exciting. The salon is picking up and I am getting busier which is super cool! My sister came to visit last weekend. We went to a friends musical night to support her and then shopped practically the whole rest of the weekend. We had a fun time. I love my sister!!

This weekend, actually tomorrow, we are going to Orcas Island. For any of you who don't know where that is, its off the coast of Washington State, part of the San Juan Islands. We are both way excited to go. Kirk used to live there so he is anxious to go back and see how it's changed. I've never been so I am super excited to see all the greenery, ride on a ferry and go whale watching. Oh, I guess I should tell you why we are going. Tomorrow is our 4 year anniversary. Yeah for us! We made a promise to each other that we are going to start taking more pictures of us and not just the dog so hopefully we will have some new pics to put up when we get back.
